The Kaiser Library is the reference library. The resources of Kaiser Library are freely available to all users inside the library. All the collections are kept in open access except rare books and manuscripts. Entire collections are automated and users can find information through the web . The library has been providing a photocopy services to users at a subsidized rate and Internet, CDROM facilities are also available.
