The technical processing of library collection was started in 2003. Prior to 2003 all the documents were kept in racks according to the subject wise. Now the library is using the DDC (Dewey Decimal Classification) 21st edition for classification. All the books are now automated, the users can search either the local inhouse database or online catalogue through the web.
The author, title and subject card catalogues of the books in English, Nepali and Hindi languages are available in the catalogue cabinet near the entrance of the library. There are separate cabinets for different languages. The users can consult either the card catalogues or local inhouse online catalogue. There is also the facility of Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).

पुस्तकालयको प्रवेश द्वारमा अंग्रेजी, नेपाली र हिन्दी भाषाका रचनाकार, विषयवस्तु, विषयसुची र विवरण सुचीमा उपलब्ध छन् । जहाँ प्रयोगकर्ताको सुविधाको लागि फरक दराजहरु प्रयोग भएका छन् । प्रयोगकर्ताहरूले कार्डको बिवरण सुचि Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) बाट पनि प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ । जहाँ साधारण प्रयोगकर्ताले पनि सार्वजनिक प्रयोग गर्न सकिनेछ ।
